With its main business of petroleum production, Venezuela's petroleum output boasts No.1 among Latin American countries. Since the year of 2008, the Venezuelan government has adopted active measures to cope with the global financial crisis, leading the country to an economical recovery. Because of the lack of machinery production industry, Venezuela basically depends on import to feed domestic need of industrial products. With its increasing demand on Chinese commodities, Venezuela ranks the fifth of China's biggest trade partners in Latin America.
In order to help Chinese enterprises further explore the markets in Venezuela and Latin America, the 3rd China Industry Expo-Venezuela will be held from June 17 to 20, 2010, by the Ministry of Commerce, P.R.C, with Trade Development Bureau of MOFCOM, P.R.C, China National Machinery Industry Corporation and SINOMACH EXHIBITION CO.,LTD as the organizers.

I. Exhibits Scope:
Mechanical equipment, agricultural machinery, automobiles and spare parts, electronic appliances, building materials, sanitary, light industrial products etc.

IV. Rates and Facilities
(I). Rates
Standard Booth (3m×3m): 4100 USD
Indoor Raw Space (at least 18m2): 410 USD/ m2
Outdoor Raw Space (at least 18m2): 290 USD/ m2
(II). Facilities
1. The standard booth includes 3 pieces of boarding, carpet, fascia, 1 desk table, 2 chairs, spotlights and 1 electric connector receptacle.
2. For the renting raw space, the exhibitor builds up the booth by himself. The height of the booth must be no more than 4.5 meters.

V. Promotion and Publicity
Media publicity: all-round publicities and advertisements in professional newspapers and magazines as well as outdoor advertisings in Venezuela.
Industry-wide promotion: invitation letters sending to purchasers by industrial and commercial sections, chambers of commerce and industrial associations;
Direct invitation: publicity materials and invitation letters sending to purchasers and importers via email, fax and mailing etc.;
Online promotion: publicity and promotion on official Expo website in Chinese, English and Spanish.

VI. Services
(I). Free invitation letters for visa application will be provided (2 persons per standard booth or per 9 m2); free exhibitor’s information logging in the Expo Directory, including company names in Chinese and English, exhibits information and contact information.
(II). Expo Information Center will be launched for on-site services during the expo.
(III). Recommendation for stand construction, freight forwarding, custom service and local tour service. As for any oversea freight forwarder agencies in use, the expo organizer shall be noticed in advance.
